Party Policy​

To reserve a specific VIP room, Credit Card info is required. Room fee will be charged at the time of booking and is nonrefundable if the party is cancelled.

If a group of 4 people and up would like to make appointments without specifically reserving a room, Credit Card info is required to hold the appointments. If any guest(s) cancel within 48 hours, up to 50% per guests’ (minimum $40) services will be charged.

24 hours notice is required for Group/Party cancellation. If services are cancelled within 48 hours and we are not able to fill the time, we will charge up to 50% of the total cost of the booked services or 100% of VIP room reservation fee.

Guests can bring their own decorations, food and/or beverages. Please communicate with us for set up in advance of your scheduled appointment.

Guests need to arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time to allow for set up and settling in.

Guests names and services must be provided no later than 48 hours prior to party where reasonable.

Hostess should communicate Party Policy to all guests.
